租户室内报修可与大堂或我公司接待联系，预约具体上门时间或租户留下房间钥匙由维修人员前来维修，正常损耗租户不承担任何费用。如因租户使用不当造成家具或家用电器损坏由租户联系厂家或我司代为联系厂家前来维修，维修所产生费用由租户承担。

    For apartment maintenance please contact reception,Resident shall be liable for compensating any damages of Premises caused by its improper or wrongful use. Resident shall not be liable for normal deterioration of the Premises'equipment.If the maintenance is outside the responsibility of the management office, the management office can assist to contact a repairman.
